Run enrichment on filtered rows only
Add a condition to a tool column so it only runs on the rows that qualify. Everything else is skipped, so you spend credits exactly where you want them. Here we extract addresses only for rows marked "yes".
Spend credits only where they count
Running a tool on every row burns credits on records you do not care about. A column condition tells the tool to work only where a rule is met, so a 1,000 row table can enrich just the 200 that qualify.
Rules live on the column. The condition travels with the tool, so it applies every time you run.
Non-matching rows are skipped and clearly marked, so nothing is silently missed.
Works with any tool column so you can target enrichment across your whole workflow.
Use a qualifier column, like a "yes" flag or a lead score, as the condition to enrich only your best rows.
Add a condition, then run
Open Edit Column on the tool you want to gate.
Click Add Filter, pick the column that defines the rule.
Set the value, for example "yes", then Update Column.
Hit Run, then Run All Rows. Matches enrich, the rest skip.
Matches enriched, the rest skipped
Only the rows marked "yes" get an address. The others stay untouched and are clearly labelled Skipped, so no credits are spent on them.
