You will connect Zoho from Settings → Integration, authorize Kuration in Zoho, then export a list straight into Zoho CRM as leads. After the first export, auto-export keeps new rows flowing without another manual step.

Open the Automate Workflows section

To get started, explore the Automate Workflows section to connect your stack with APIs and webhooks.

Click Connect on the Zoho card

On Settings → Integration, find the Zoho card under Accounts and click Connect to establish the integration.

Confirm the connection

Click Connect to authorize Kuration AI access to your Zoho account.

Check the consent box

On Zoho’s authorization screen, tick the consent checkbox to allow Kuration to access your Zoho account data.

Click Accept

Click Accept to authorize Kuration’s access to your Zoho account.

Zoho is connected

Kuration confirms with Zoho connected successfully and the card switches to Connected. That sets up your Kuration – Zoho integration.

Open the list you want to export

Head over to your list to export it to Zoho.

Click Actions

From here, click the Actions button to access options to export your data.

Choose Export to Zoho CRM

Under Export → Integrations, click Export to Zoho CRM to export your contact data with Zoho.

Review the field mapping

Let the AI take care of the form filling or do it manually. Next, click the Export to Zoho CRM button to finalize your data mapping.

Auto-export stays enabled after a successful export, so new rows you add can sync automatically. Uncheck it under Auto-export enabled to turn this off.

Confirm the export

From here, review the Zoho CRM auto-export notification confirming successful integration setup.

Open the Leads module

Afterwards head over to Zoho, click the Leads menu to view your recently exported leads from Kuration.
