The People Finder Agent searches your list of titles in order and stops at the first match. Rank them from most senior to least, and every row returns the most senior contact available.
The search stops at the first match
People Finder tries each title in the order you give it and returns the first one it finds. So the sequence is the strategy: put the most senior role first and you never settle for a junior contact when a senior one exists.

List several fallbacks so a row still returns someone useful when the top title is not present.
Set up the People Finder Agent
Open the Toolbox and select the People Finder Agent.
List your titles and fallbacks, most senior first.
Map the Website column. It is a required input.
Create Column, then Run all rows.
