Integrate HeyReach and export leads on Kuration

Learn how to connect HeyReach to your Kuration account, generate and configure API credentials, and export your lead data to HeyReach campaigns seamlessly.

You will connect HeyReach from Settings → Integration using an API key created in HeyReach, then export a list straight into a HeyReach campaign.

In KurationAccess to Settings → Integration for your account.
In HeyReachA paid subscription and access to Settings → Integrations.

Open your profile menu

First off, click your profile avatar to access account settings and integrations.

Click Settings

Next, click Settings to access integrations.

Open Integration

Next up, click Integration to configure API connections and third-party integrations.

Find the HeyReach card

We will go through how to set up Heyreach integration via API.

Open HeyReach settings

Go to your heyreach account, click Settings to access integrations and get your API key.

Click Integrations

Now, click Integrations to connect external tools and platforms to your account.

Click Get API key

After that, click the Get API key button to obtain your HeyReach API credentials.

Generate a new key

Afterwards, click the New API key button to generate a fresh API key.

Re-generating the HeyReach API key invalidates the previous one.

Copy the key

Next up, click the copy icon to copy your HeyReach API key securely.

Click Connect on the HeyReach card

Afterwards, click the Connect button to establish your Heyreach integration.

Paste your API key

From here, enter your HeyReach API key to authenticate and connect your account.

Click Connect

Next, click the Connect button to authenticate your HeyReach API integration.

HeyReach is connected

Your Kuration AI + heyreach connection has been established and you can send lists to heyreach from Kuration.

Open your list and click Actions

Head to your list and click the Actions button to access available export options.

Choose Export to HeyReach

Next, click Export to HeyReach to send your lead data to the HeyReach platform.

Select a campaign and map fields

After that, click the campaign dropdown to select a HeyReach campaign, Ai will fill in the available fields, and simply click Export to Heyreach.

Export to your HeyReach campaign

Finally, select the relevant campaign from the Drop Downand click Export to HeyReach. You need to have a paid subscription and a ready campaign for the export to work seamlessly.
