Integrate Instantly and export leads in Kuration AI

Learn how to authorize the Instantly integration, generate API credentials, export leads to a campaign, and manage outreach sequences in Kuration AI.

You will connect Instantly from Settings → Integration using an API key created in Instantly, then export a list straight into an Instantly campaign. After the first export, auto-export keeps new rows flowing without another manual step.

Open your profile menu

To start, click your profile avatar to access account settings and preferences.

Click Settings

From here, click Settings to access account preferences and configuration options.

Open Integration

Now, click Integration to access and manage all your platform integrations and connections.

Click Connect on the Instantly card

From here, click the Connect button to authorize the Instantly integration.

See where the API key goes

The pop-up shows how to get your Instantly API key, which you paste in this text area.

Open your Instantly account menu

Head over to Instantly, click on your account avatar to access user settings and profile options.

Click Settings

Now, click Settings to access account preferences and customize your platform experience.

Open Integrations

Then, click on Integrations to access your API key creation.

Click API Keys

Following this, click API Keys to manage your authentication credentials.

Click Create API Key

Following that, click the Create API Key button to generate your authentication credentials.

Name the key

After that, enter a name for your API key in the provided Name field.

Choose the scopes

After that, select the specific API scopes needed for your integration key.

Select all:all for the demo

For the demo we selected the "all:all" scope to grant complete API access permissions.

Instantly grants full access to all API endpoints with all:all. Pick narrower scopes if you do not need everything.

Click Create

Afterwards, click the Create button to generate your new API key with the specified settings.

Copy the key

After that, click the copy icon to securely save your API key.

Paste the key and connect

Head back to Kuration, paste your API Key and click the Connect button to authenticate your Instantly account with Kuration.

Open the list you want to export

To export a list to Kuration, go to your target list of leads.

Click Actions

After that, click the Actions button to access options for exporting your leads.

Click Export

Next up, click Export to download your CSV data with selected leads.

Click Integrations

Now, click Integrations to find the available integrations, your Instantly connection will be available as you can see in the list below.

Choose Export to Instantly

Next up, click on "Export to Instantly" to send your leads to the Instantly, the integration we just made.

Select a campaign

Afterwards, select a campaign from the dropdown menu to select the campaign to export your leads to.

Pick the Demo campaign

For the Demo, we have a Demo campaign to send/export the leads to.

Check the field mapping

The available columns in your list will be automatically mapped with AI or you can also manually map them. This is mandatory for the export to work.

Export to Instantly

After your fields have been mapped successfully, click 'Export to Instantly'

Auto-export stays enabled after a successful export, so new rows you add can sync automatically. Uncheck it under Auto-export enabled to turn this off.
