Build your first prospect list in three minutes.
Every list in Kuration follows the same three moves. Choose where the companies come from, curate them down to a clean shortlist, then enrich each row with the contacts and signals you need.
Pick a data source
Open the New list tab and choose a builder. Browse our ready-made database, search 90M+ companies and 850M+ contacts, find local businesses, or scrape any website into a table.
- 01 Open the New list tab
- 02 Browse the available list builders
- 03 Pick the source that fits your market
Match the source to your market
The right builder depends on who you sell to. Pick by use case so your raw list starts as close to your ideal customer as possible.
Every source ships with standard datapoints. Google Maps, for example, returns name, industry, website, phone, rating, and address.
Filter and qualify your list
Raw lists are noisy — dead domains, wrong industries, off-fit accounts. Add qualifier columns, then filter on them to keep only the rows worth enriching.
- 01 Add Domain Status to drop parked and dead sites
- 02 Add Target Audience, then keep B2B or B2C to match your ICP
- 03 Add Company Size and filter to your headcount band
Add enrichment tools from the Toolbox
Qualifier and contact columns come from the Toolbox — dozens of tools you can search or browse by tab. Add any tool to your table as a new column.
- 01 Open the Toolbox
- 02 Search, or pick a tab like Enrichment
- 03 Add a tool as a column and Run
Find decision-makers with People Finder
Once your list is qualified, run the People Finder Agent to add verified contacts. Set conditions so it only spends credits on the rows that already passed your filters.
- 01 Add the People Finder Agent column
- 02 Set conditions — e.g. live website + B2B + Website = Live
- 03 Run to fill names, titles, and emails
Set profile quality strictness
Strictness controls how confident a match has to be before People Finder returns it. Pick the balance of coverage and precision that fits your list.
- 01 High returns only high-confidence matches: fewer, cleaner rows
- 02 Mid balances coverage and quality, a good default
- 03 Low returns more matches with less certainty
Set your conditions
Conditions keep the run limited to rows that already match your criteria, so you only spend credits where it counts.
- 01 Open Conditions and add your rules
- 02 Only rows that meet every rule are run, so you don't spend credits on the rest
Preview, then create the column
Before you run, check a sample of what comes back. If it looks right, create the column to run it across your list.
- 01 Click Continue and preview to see the sample output
- 02 Happy with it? Click Create Column to run it on every qualified row
Only the rows that matter get enriched
People Finder runs on the rows that passed your conditions. Everything else is marked Skipped — no credits spent, no cleanup needed afterwards.
- 01 Qualified rows return profiles — here the B2B accounts each got a c-suite match
- 02 Rows that failed a condition show Skipped, so you can see exactly why nothing ran
- 03 No cleanup needed — skipped rows never consumed a credit
Transpose to one row per person
Each cell can hold several profiles. Transposing turns them into their own rows, so the list is ready to export or hand to sales.
- 01 Open the column's three-dot menu and choose Transpose Column
- 02 You get one row per person — name, job title, location and company side by side
- 03 Use Source Table in the header to jump back to the original list
Export your list
Open Actions › Export in the table header to send the finished list wherever your team works.
- 01 Download CSV or Export to Google Sheets for a one-off copy
- 02 API Endpoint if you want to pull the list programmatically
- 03 Integrations pushes to Zoho CRM, HeyReach, Attio or Reply.io — map the fields once and new rows auto-export
