Everyone is working from the same data.
Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha — they all sell the same contacts from the same crawled sources. When you buy a list, your competitor already has it. When you run a search, you get whoever is in their system — not who is actually relevant to your market.
The result? Generic outreach, burned domains, 2% reply rates, and sales teams spending more time filtering bad data than closing deals.
How we got here
We built Kuration out of a real frustration. Before this, we were running B2B sales workflows in Hong Kong — a market that barely exists in any standard database. Apollo had partial coverage. ZoomInfo was expensive and thin on the ground. LinkedIn was useful but manual and slow.
The best prospects we found were not in any database. They were at events. They were sponsoring trade shows. They were listed in government registries and local business directories. They were in PDF exhibitor manuals that no one had bothered to structure.
Every time we found a good lead, it came from manual research — hours of work that should have taken minutes.
What nobody was building
The best prospects are not in databases. They are at events. They are in trade directories. They are on Google Maps in cities your CRM has never heard of. They are in government registries, exhibitor lists, conference agendas, and PDF reports that nobody has bothered to structure.
This is offline data — and it is the highest-signal information in B2B.
- When a company sponsors an event, they are deploying budget.
- When they exhibit at a trade show, they are actively selling in that market.
- When they open an office in a new region, they are committing capital.
These are buying signals that no database captures. Because they do not live in databases. They live in the real world.
What we built
Kuration is an AI research platform that turns these real-world signals into structured, enriched prospect lists.
You describe what you need: "AI companies sponsoring fintech events in EMEA." Kuration agents search live event pages, directories, PDFs, maps, and registries. They extract companies, find decision makers, verify emails, and deliver a clean list — in under 90 seconds.
No stale databases. No shared contacts. Data that is yours, built from sources your competitors are not using.
We call this your data edge.
Data Edge as a Service
The data edge is not just a one-time export. It is a continuously updated, proprietary research layer built specifically for your market.
Your competitors can buy the same Apollo list you just bought. They cannot replicate the custom database you have built from 23 event pages, 4 government registries, and 200 Google Maps listings across Southeast Asia.
That is the edge. And it compounds over time.
The three ways to use it
We built three layers, because teams work differently:
- Platform — self-serve. Log in, describe your target, get results. From $150/month.
- API — programmatic access. Trigger research and enrichment from your own stack.
- Managed Services — we do it for you. Tell us your ICP, we deliver fresh lists on your cadence. From $2,000/month.
However you want to build your edge, we are here.
Kuration was founded in Hong Kong in 2024. We are backed by Orbit Ventures, Microsoft for Startups, and Cyberport. We serve teams across Hong Kong, New York, and Abu Dhabi.
