Connect Reply.io integration in Kuration AI

You will connect Reply.io from Settings → Integration using your Reply.io API key, then export a list straight into a Reply.io sequence. After the first export, auto-export keeps new rows flowing without another manual step.

Click Connect on the Reply card

To start, click the Connect button to integrate Reply with your workspace.

See where the API key goes

This is where you will add your Reply.io Key.

Kuration never stores your API key in plain text. It is encrypted locally before it is sent to our servers, and can be revoked any time from Reply.io or by clicking Disconnect.

Open your Reply.io profile

Head over to Reply.io and click the profile avatar to access account settings and user preferences.

Click Settings

Following this, click Settings to access your account preferences and configuration options.

Open the API Key section

Following that, click the API Key option to manage your platform authentication credentials.

Copy the API key

Now, click the copy button to securely copy your API key for integration.

Go back to Kuration and click Connect

Go back to Kuration and click the Connect button to establish the Reply integration connection.

Paste your API key

From here, enter your Reply.io API key to establish the integration connection.

Click Connect to authenticate

Following that, click the Connect button to authenticate your Reply.io account integration.

Reply.io is connected

You will be notified that your integration is a sucess.

Click Actions

Following this, click the Actions button to reveal available options for managing your data.

Click Export

Then, click Export to access download options for your contact data.

Then, click Integrations to explore available export and connection options.

Choose Export to Reply.io

Next, click Export to Reply.io to send your leads to Reply.io for outreach.

Select the sequence

From here, select the Demo Sequence option to configure your data export mapping.

Map the fields and export

Once all your fields have been mapped, click export to Reply.io to send your list to the selected campaign.

Auto-export stays enabled after a successful export, so new rows you add can sync automatically. Uncheck it under Auto-export enabled to turn this off.

Open Sequences

Head back to Reply.io and click on Sequences and verify your recent Kuration AI export.

Open the People tab

Next, click the People tab to view and manage your sequence recipients.

Your list is in Reply.io

In the 'Demo Sequence' we see our list has been added to the Reply.io campaign.
