Automate and Refresh
Put a list on a cadence so new companies and changed data reach you without anyone re running it.
Someone maintaining a list rather than building one, for the third month running.

What this course costs
Scheduling itself is free. What it costs is whatever runs on the new rows each cycle, which is exactly why suppression and conditions come first.
What you will be able to do
- Schedule a column and a builder, so the list keeps itself current.
- Suppress before you spend, so a refreshing list never pays twice for the same company.
- Design a refresh that stays cheap as the list grows.
Before you start
- Course 2.1, in particular conditions. An automated workflow with no conditions is an automated bill.
- Course 2.3. Schedule a workflow you have already made reusable, never one you are still fixing.

The build that proves it
A list that maintains itself for a month
Take one sourcing workflow and put it on a weekly cadence with suppression against everything you already own, conditions on every paid column, and a notification when new rows arrive. Leave it for four weeks and then audit what it cost per new usable row.
- You have done it when
- Four weeks later the list has grown, no company was enriched twice, and you can state the cost per new usable row.
- Credit budget
- Set a deliberate weekly cap. If you cannot predict the weekly cost, the conditions are not tight enough yet.
