The best B2B data providers by region: Middle East, Latin America, Asia and Africa

Most B2B data providers are deepest in North America, and their own figures show it. ZoomInfo, for example, lists 79.6M+ companies in North America, 20.5M+ in Europe, 4.8M+ in Asia, 2.6M+ in South America and 824K+ in Africa.

If you sell into the Gulf, Latin America, Asia or Africa, the right provider depends on the region and on what you need: named contacts, official registry records, or companies that are not in any database yet. This guide compares twelve providers on the coverage they publish, with prices and limits as published.

We make Kuration, and it is on this list. It is described the same way as every other tool: what it does, what it costs, and its limits.

How we chose

Regional coverage, as the provider publishes it

Where a provider publishes figures by region or country, they are quoted. Where it only gives a global total, or none, the guide says so.

Where the data comes from

Contributor networks and web crawls (most contact databases), official registries (CompanyData, InfobelPRO, Econodata), analyst research (the D&B network), or local sources read on demand (Kuration).

Contacts or companies

Some providers sell named contacts with emails and phones; registry providers sell company records. The guide says which.

Facts from the provider

Every figure and price comes from the provider’s own pages, on the date shown under each one.

1.Kuration AI

Custom B2B database

Best for: Any region, when the companies you need are not in a database yet

Builds your own list of the companies that buy, distribute or import a physical product, in any country, from the places they actually show up (licence registers, trade-show exhibitor lists, dealer locators, maps, PDFs and directories), then finds the person who decides at each one.

Instead of a fixed regional database, Kuration reads the sources where companies in that market show up, such as licence registers, trade-show exhibitor lists and maps, in the local language, then finds the decision-maker. Coverage follows the market you ask about rather than a pre-built index.

What it does well

  • Finds companies that are not in contact databases: registers, exhibitor lists, dealer locators, maps and PDFs, in any language.
  • Finds the decision-maker at each company and reaches them by email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp from the same workspace.
  • API on every plan, Free included; CRM sync (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Attio) and MCP from Starter.

Limits it documents

  • Free plan exports up to 25 rows per list, for 1 user.
  • Starter includes 1 email inbox and 1 each of LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Sales Navigator.
  • Credit-based: searches and enrichments use credits (Starter: 2,500 a month).
Coverage
