  • Terms of Service (v2.0). Removed an internal review banner and change-summary that had been left visible on the page. No change to the substance of the Terms.
  • Data License Agreement (v5.1). Clarified our responsible data-collection language; added a transparency step requiring customers, where practicable, to identify the source category and link our Data Subject Notice on first contact with an individual.
  • Data Processing Agreement (v5.1). Added a liability clause aligning the DPA to the limitations in the principal agreement; clarified that audit rights are satisfied first through documentation and reports, with on-site inspection where those are insufficient.
  • Privacy Policy. Added a California ("Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information") opt-out section reflecting that licensing professional contact data may constitute a "sale" under the CCPA, and linked our new Cookie Policy.
  • Acceptable Use Policy. Added a sanctions and export-control representation.
  • Data Subject Notice. Clarified how data from platforms that restrict automated collection is obtained, and how long suppression-list entries are kept.
  • Cookie Policy (new). Published a dedicated Cookie Policy listing the analytics and other cookies used on our websites.
  • Sub-processors. Added an email sub-processor used for website enquiry forms and clarified how marketing-site analytics are disclosed.
